Christopher J. Dillon is the technology development administrative specialist in the NCATS Office of Strategic Alliances, where he negotiates, manages and creates custom and template agreements for developing and advancing of scientific discoveries. In addition, he oversees the management of the Technology Evaluation Advisory Committee, which reviews Employee Invention Reports submitted by the intramural program at NCATS. Dillon also assists in managing the NCATS Small Business Innovation Research program. He has been with NCATS since its inception in December 2011 and with NIH since November 2009.
Dillon received a bachelor’s degree in justice studies from Arizona State University and master’s degrees in technology management and business administration from University of Maryland University College.
