Biography

Tim Page is an operations analyst in the Scientific Review Branch within NCATS’ Division of Extramural Activities, where he provides support to all division staff. In this capacity, he examines pain points and explores areas of potential automation, offering solutions and streamlining procedures for staff.

Page develops standard operating procedures based on current and best practices, with the goal of documenting division operations for consistency. He also is a content manager of the division’s Intranet web pages, which provide division-specific information for all of NCATS.

Before joining NCATS in July 2019, Page served for more than 10 years as a technical writer/editor and peer review specialist at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Prior to his tenure at NIAID, he spent three years in the pharmaceutical services industry in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where he supervised large teams of call center agents, conducted health care policy research, and analyzed data.

Professional Interests

Page takes pride in the mission of NCATS and NIH. He is dedicated to fully supporting division staff, as well as working with other offices and divisions, in the fulfillment of the Center’s mission.
