Mission
The mission of the NCATS Fellows Committee is to provide a trainee-led space for professional development, social networking and community support among NCATS fellows.
NCATS Next Steps Program
The Fellows Committee runs the NCATS Next Steps Program, which connects summer interns and postbaccalaureate fellows with predoctoral and postdoctoral fellows to establish mentee-mentor relationships. Ultimately, we hope this program will help our more junior fellows in their “next steps” through the mentorship and support of more senior fellows at NCATS.
