Biography

Liana Bonilla Juarez is an ethics specialist in the Ethics and Management Analysis Branch of NCATS’ Office of Administrative Management. She lends her expertise to staff through the center's Ethics Program. The program advises and counsels NCATS staff on financial disclosure, gifts, official duty activities, outside activities, and all topics relevant to the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch.

Bonilla Juarez earned an associate degree in psychology from Montgomery College.

Professional Interests

Bonilla Juarez is a National Healthcareer Association–certified phlebotomy technician. She is pursuing her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
