Andrew Kelly is the primary budget analyst for the NCATS Division of Pre-Clinical Innovation and the NCATS Division of Clinical Innovation. He also manages and tracks NCATS reimbursable funds. Kelly started working with NCATS as a contractor in June 2012 and became an employee in December 2015. Kelly currently sits on the NIH QlikView Coordinating Committee and is a member of the Budget Analysts Working Group and the Analytics in the Workplace Community of Practice. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Kelly’s areas of interest include data visualization, process improvement and budget management.
