Biography
Michael Forde serves as a scientific program analyst for the Therapeutic Development Branch within NCATS’ Division of Preclinical Innovation, where he supports the program management group, coordinating content development with a focus on communications and portfolio reporting.
Prior to his current role, Forde served as a health communications specialist in the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ Inquiry Response Center, supporting the Public Inquiries Team in the Office of Communications and Government Relations.
Forde received a Bachelor of Science in health science from Southern Adventist University and a Master of Science in Public Health from Campbell University. He currently is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health degree at George Washington University’s Milken Institute of Public Health, with a concentration in health behavior.

Forde is interested in the collaboration behind research evaluation and supports the NCATS’ mission through outreach and communication.
