Zoe Li, Ph.D.

Zoe graduated from the University at Buffalo with a combined B.S./M.S. degree in pharmacology and toxicology. During her Ph.D. program, she had the privilege of studying under the guidance of Dr. Xiaolin Cheng at Ohio State University. Her doctoral research primarily focused on investigating ion channel gating mechanisms and Scap protein activation mechanisms using computational methods, such as molecular dynamics simulations. Her research interests are focused on the analysis of protein structures and protein ligand binding interactions.
